Two countries on one island. Very interesting and both sides very different! We got our rigging redone at FKG, explored, shopped and hung out with awesome folk. Anything boat related was easy to find on the Dutch side, and great food and beaches on Both sides. Hugs to all!

Antigua and Barbuda
The flattest Island we’ve seen for a long time… We were heavily heeled and sailed upwind towards Antigua. I don’t enjoy being heeled over, it very easy to fall off the boat, but you do go faster. Jolly Harbour was our first taste of Antigua and it was beautiful, there are many postcard perfect beaches.…
Les Saints, Guadeloupe
Mini French Riveria, this is what I am told this places feels and looks like. Its so beautiful and quint, the fish were gigantic and the pelicans where abundant and the Iguanas were so ancient. The bay we anchored in was sublime. The food was tasty and the shops were lovelier! We hired a golf…
Dominique, Caribbean
This island felt alive, sailing towards it felt like leaving civilization. Its beauty is beyond words, it is undeveloped and an adventurers paradise. We went on a couple of tours, visiting scenic places and saw where a part of Pirates of the Caribbean were filmed. We met our very favourite couple of our trip, the…
Martinique, Caribbean
We left St Lucia and headed North and sailed to the French island of Martinique. We anchored in Fort De France and the Festival was on. We spent the night on anchor then headed South to Anse Mitan. A beautiful Bay with pelicans and exquisite fish. We enjoy swimming and Papa Al taught Archie to…
St Lucia, Caribbean
Saying goodbye to Bequia was hard, we really loved it. But we were very excited, as St Lucia was where we picked up Shona and Alastair, the first of our guests to join our adventure. What a jungle, so verdant and full. We took up a mooring ball in the very stunning Marigot Bay. It…
Bequia, St Vincent and the Grenadines
This is one of our favourite islands. We spent a while in Port Elizabeth Bay, enjoying the sun and beauty. We met lovely folk and enjoyed jumping off the boat when it got too stifling hot. The food was fantastic, you always got a wedge of macaroni cheese with any meal. Hugs to all!
Union Island and Tobago Cays
We left Carriacou after a week and enjoyed a small sail towards Clifton, Union Island. We picked up a mooring ball in the lagoon and spent a night. The town is small but lovely, found my favourite shop in the Caribbean, ‘Saltygirl’. We watched kite surfers enjoying the big winds and bought our pass for…
Carriacou
Next island we sailed to was completely different to Grenada, the people were even more relaxed. The island was smaller and more peaceful. We loved anchoring in Tyrell bay and enjoyed the easiness of it all. Hugs to all!
Grenada, Southern Caribbean
We arrived into Port Louis Marina, Grenada on the 31st December 2023. We moored and Archie insisted he be the first to set foot on land. But we all did it together, no one fell over but we were certainly a bit wobbly. The town of St George was a welcome relief from our very…
